What It’s Like to Be
in This Role
You're working directly with the plants day to day — feeding, watering, pruning, and training so they grow healthy and consistent.
You're keeping grow rooms clean, your logs current, and your work traceable, because that's what protects the crop and compliance.
You're supporting the grow under the Head Grower and learning what it takes to produce quality cannabis from start to finish.
Care for plants through propagation, transplanting, feeding, and watering to our standards
Prune, defoliate, and train plants as directed to support healthy, consistent growth
Monitor plant health and flag pest, disease, or environmental issues early
Support harvest and help the production team when needed
Keep grow rooms, tools, and equipment clean, sanitized, and ready to run
Complete logs and checklists accurately and maintain traceability and compliance at every step
What You’ll Be Running
What It Takes to Succeed Here
Experience
Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on plant work with consistency
Prior cultivation, greenhouse, or agricultural experience is a plus
Familiarity with regulated or process-driven environments is a plus
Execution
Follow SOPs closely and take direction from the Head Grower
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable on your feet and handling physical tasks
Reliable and punctual
Keep your workspace clean and your logs current
