Operations Manager
We’re building a high-quality indoor cannabis grow and production operation from the ground up in Minnesota. At Vista, we focus on doing things right from the start, with a clean, well-run facility designed for consistency, quality, and long-term success.
We run a disciplined operation with clear structure and follow-through. Compliance is a critical part of doing the job well.
We’re looking for someone who wants to help shape how this is built and how it runs. Someone who takes ownership, solves problems early, and knows how to turn moving pieces into a system that works.
You won’t be stepping into something finished. You’ll be helping build it.

Run day-to-day operations of the facility across cultivation, harvest, and production
Coordinate cultivation, harvest, and production so everything stays on track
Build and improve systems as we grow, not just maintain them
Keep people, processes, and priorities aligned across the operation
Spot issues early and solve them before they slow things down
Ensure execution and follow-through so things get done
What You’ll Be Running
What It Takes to Succeed Here
Experience
Experience leading operations in cultivation, manufacturing, or another regulated production environment
Proven ability to run day-to-day operations and keep things on track
Experience working in systems-driven environments with clear processes and standards
