Production Technician

We’re building a high-quality indoor cannabis grow and production operation from the ground up in Minnesota. At Vista, we focus on doing things right from the start, with a clean, well-run facility designed for consistency, quality, and long-term success.

We run a disciplined operation with clear structure and follow-through. Compliance is a critical part of doing the job well.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in careful, hands-on work and wants broad exposure to how cannabis gets made, from harvest to finished product.

This is detailed, repetitive work done to a high standard. Success comes from people who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team where everyone counts on and supports one another. If that's you, you'll fit here.

What It’s Like to Be

You're supporting rosin pressing under the Head Grower and learning solventless processing from the people who set the standard.
